You must abide by copyright laws. No Warez, Trojan Horse, Phishing or anything that will defraud or attempt to defraud. No spiritistic i.e. fortune telling, tarot cards, hypnotism etc., demonic, satanic, no gaming sites, casinos, gambling, lotteries, no weapons of any kind, no war related, no violent video games, nothing related to anything violent, no pharmaceutical companies or stores, no drug related sites, nothing illegal or gray, no pyramid systems, rotators etc. of any kind or anything that Altfind.com may deem to inappropriate in anyway. No spam software can be advertised at all that is zero, nadda or nothing. We reserve the right to refuse any site, any link, any content and any web page for any reason.

We reserve the right to cancel, delete, terminate, ban any ad or user for any reason.

You agree that all promotions abide by Canadian, US, Federal, Provincial, State laws including all laws in regard to network abuse, unsolicited messaging, and FTC Advertising Rules and Disclosure Rules. You agree to promote items that are in line with the guidelines of the PayPal’s TOS / User Agreement

You cannot link to any PDF, EXE, Zip, files, squeeze page or any sort of popup. HTML only links. We can delete or cancel your advertisement, Keywords or account on our discretion.

If there are any complaints about an ad you placed, your account can be terminated without any warning.

You agree not to SPAM period no exceptions. Blatant SPAM will be fined $1000 per complaint and up to $50,000 if it causes our site to be suspended or terminated. You agree not to SPAM any URL that have our links or to sites with our buttons even using a redirect link. You agree to never to email to anyone in a broadcast unless they are double optin and IP, Name, and Date and Time stamp have been recorded and can be produced. You understand that if you disregard this we may terminate your account without warning. You agree and understand that if you disregard any of the above you can be terminated without warning and legal action will ensue especially if blatant SPAM has been used.

6.Miscellaneous.

This Agreement shall all be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, The United States of America applicable to agreements made and to be performed in Canada, The United States of America. You agree that any legal action or proceeding between Altfind.com and you for any purpose concerning this Agreement or the parties' obligations hereunder shall be brought exclusively in a federal or state court of competent jurisdiction sitting in Canada, The United States of America . Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to the Service must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises or such claim or cause of action is barred. Altfind.com's failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Neither the course of conduct between the parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any provision of this Agreement. Altfind.com may assign its rights and duties under this Agreement to any party at any time without notice to you.
